Petroleum well control equipment Co., Ltd. established in Guanghan,Sichuan, as the third manufactory who had the BOP production qualification in China.
2001
Passed the audit for the first time and got the ISO 9001/14001/45001 certificate.
2002
Implementation of QHSE for the first time.
2003
Be a first-class supplier of CNPC,SINOPEC,CNOOC for the first time. Passed the API audit for the first time and got the API 16A certificate, and got API 5CT, API 6A, API 7-1, API 16C, APIQ1 certificates successively.
2004
Obtained the patent for well control products for the first time, 45 patents have been obtained since 2004.
2007
Obtained the authorization from TPCO, authorized to manufacture the following connections:TQ-CQ,TP-G2,TP-FJ,TP-NF,TP-EX.
2008
Became the authorized maintenance and repair manufacturing site of GE HYDRIL in China.
2010
Has been granted a VAM license to apply VAM joints technology to oilfield accessory equipment and repair VAM joints on tubular products.
2011
Became the largest maintenance and repair contractor of CNOOC about subsea BOP product.
2013
The output value of PWCE exceeded 50 million for the first time.
2014
The output value of PWCE exceeded 100 million for the first time.
2016
The output value of PWCE exceeded 200 million for the first time. Carried out subsea BOP overhaul operations for Southern Sea II semi-submersible drilling platform.
2017
Started construction of the second manufacturing site at Guanghan, finished construction and started to production in 2017.
2018
Authorized to manufacture VAM products and has been successfully qualified to cut the following connections: VAM TOP, VAM TOP HC, VAM TOP HT, VAM MUST, VAM HP, WAM FJL.
May 2022
Founded Sichuan Seadream Intelligent Equipment Group as a co-investor with TFI inc. Started a new era with modern sales concepts for PWCE.
June 2022
Founded indirect holding subsidiary: Sichuan Seadream Offshore Technology Co., Ltd. Started to maintenance and repair offshore drilling rig equipment for CNOOC. Seadream offshore is one of service contractors of NOV.
August 2022
Founded Ya’an Petroleum Well Control Equipment Seal Tech Co., Ltd. Started to produce BOP Packing elements, ram packer and other rubber replacement parts.
February 2023
Founded Xinjiang Petroleum Well Control Equipment Oilfield Service Co., Ltd. Started to offer onshore oil and gas technical service at Tarim oilfield.
April 2023
Baoji oilfield part Co., Ltd. has joined the Seadream Group, the holding subsidiary of PWCE, based on a strong supply chain at Baoji, operated with a new business name TFI Oilfield Supply Co., Ltd., continue to supply various petroleum equipment components/accessories for oilfield customers all over the world.
July 2023
Seadream new manufacturing site (Guang’an) will start construction in August, the total area of factory and office buildings over 8000 square meters.
